tldr; Fleet Device Management Inc. is a Series B startup founded and backed by the same people who created osquery, the leading open source security agent. Today, osquery is installed on millions of laptops and servers, and it is especially popular with enterprise IT and security teams.
Your primary responsibilities 🔭
- 🤝 Manage a geographically-diverse team of enterprise sellers to attain new and expansion revenue targets.
- 🎯 Direct and oversee prospecting across key strategic companies, guiding the team to identify key influencers and decision makers, match their pains to Fleet capabilities, and help create win-win commercial agreements.
- ⏫ Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with current and future customers, working with Customer Success to expand Fleet’s footprint in existing accounts.
- 🛩️ Build a culture of proactive, collaborative, relationship-based selling, encouraging face-to-face meetings whenever possible.
- ❔ Ensure the team follows MEDDPPICC to qualify and progress opportunities that best solve prospect problems.
- 🕴️ Use Salesforce and other tools to analyze pipeline data and keep all information accurate for leadership reporting.
- 📈 Use data to identify opportunities and trends across the pipeline, coaching the team to focus on the highest-impact activities.
- 🧑🔬 Lead and improve processes described in the Sales, Go-To-Market groups, and other handbook pages.
- 📣 Represent Fleet’s products and services at in-person events, meetups, and on social media.
- 🧠 Partner with Solutions Consultants to ensure the Account Executives understand where prospects are technically and remove blockers to providing value.
- 🦢 Bring order forms and proposals with customer requests to Product Design and Customer Success to advocate for prioritizing features based on market and customer feedback.
- 🤝 Collaborate with Marketing to achieve quarterly pipeline and revenue targets.

- 📣 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of motivating and developing teams.
- 🚀 Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to solve complex problems with simple, scalable solutions.
- 🧑💻 Love technology and can explain how things work in detail.
- 🧪 Experience with Slack, Salesforce, Google Suite, GitHub, and other tools in an all-remote setting.
- ⏩ Thrive in a complex, fast-paced, results-driven environment and pivot easily to organizational changes.
- 📈 Shift gears between strategic planning and hands-on execution to partner with teams and stakeholders.
- 💭 Strong understanding of enterprise procurement and the ability to influence stakeholders from senior executives to engineering contacts on the ROI of using Fleet.
- 🧬 Care about delivering an outstanding customer experience and creating a customer-first culture.
- ➕ Bonus: Direct experience with Fleet, MDM, osquery or SQL query writing, and working with Client Platform Engineering, SRE, or Security Engineering teams.

The salary range for this role is $250,000 - $370,000. Fleet provides competitive compensation based on our compensation philosophy, as well as comprehensive benefits.
